The pump up mast 1986 was the Year of the Pump-up Mast! This did pump up, but not for very long because of a leak. When it was pumped up it went up too fast.
Someone fill me in on the story please!

2 x 14ele Parabeams are on top of the mast.
Brian G4DVS - The leak was the main problem because the guys go slack.

G4WPO & G6HXU on 4m Damian G4WPO operating 4m with Jack G6HXU logging.

The station comprises FT 101B and the Club built 4m transverter and amp.

This transverter was built by Les G4DBX. The 4m Linear Amplifier was largely built by Brian G4DVS - Metalwork from Dave Pemberton, Transformers and components from Dave G4CAX and Club bought 4CX-250 PA valves and bases.
